Marine Landing Show Suites

We’re thrilled to share a look inside our newly completed show suites at Marine Landing, designed with today’s makers, creatives, and urban manufacturers in mind. Inspired by the building’s history as a former wood mill, we blended industrial character with Scandinavian simplicity. Exposed concrete, tactile materials, and sustainably sourced Canadian-made furniture by Three H help honour the site’s legacy while supporting modern workplace needs.

We incorporated subtle acoustic treatments, layered plant life, and thoughtful regional craftsmanship—including a custom oak meeting table by local artisan Lock & Mortise. These suites are more than showpieces; they’re invitations. Designed to resonate with forward-thinking buyers, they tell a story of place, craft, and modern urban work.
