He’s not your average real estate advisor! Colin Scarlett came to us looking for a personal brand to represent his unique approach to real estate in Vancouver. Inspired by the processes in nature as well as structure, the end result demonstrates a clean and approachable brand which will allow for Colin’s work to shine.

Defining Who You Are

How can you select an artistic direction to represent you if you can’t even verbally define who you are? Short answer is you can’t! Therefore, at the start of our branding process identify who they are, discover what sets them a apart, and determine how their brand can help them achieve their goals.

Colin was inspired by the architecture of buildings. From this we derived a logo that is animated to represent abstract buildings. Through the animation the logo shifts to represent abstracted floor plates which is part of Colin’s core business. At anytime you will always see a C & S representing Colin’s name. It was important to Colin that his brand feel casual and natural. The palette is based on very soft tones found in nature.

Setting Yourself APart

Colin developed a process unique to Vancouver Real Estate which is based on data and metrics. He believes that business should drive real estate needs, not the reverse. We focused our time on finding visual ways to represent his rigorous methodology. These are cornerstones of his brand and identity.
