Oceanic Boardroom

space

A hot topic these days is how can landlords revitalize or create amenity spaces for their tenants returning back to the office space after COVID. Oxford Properties is no exception. What was once a tired, corporate boardroom was transformed into an exciting meet up space for building tenants.

Concept

Oxford was clear they wanted to have some impactful piece of art. Through our design process, Edit shortlisted 3 muralists. The style of muralist informed the interior. In the end, Chairman Ting was selected as our partner and together we created themes that were important to the Oxford Team and to their tenants.

options, options, options

As part of the design process, we presented three very different options that were curated with a different muralist. The executives selected their favorite artist and scheme and we were off to the races!

Amenity space does not have to be boring. our collective goal should be to inspire people who come to work each day.
