Located on the prominent corner of West Hastings and Seymour Street, 601 West Hastings is one of downtown Vancouver’s most striking commercial developments. Responding to the growing needs of the city, this tower was redesigned with a revitalized community plaza and 25 stories of modern office space and one of the more incredible rooftop amenities in the City.
botanical jungle meets modern luxury
With 3000 sq. ft of real estate to work with, the team created a branded rooftop experience that transitions from indoor to outdoor seamlessly. A 20’ sliding glass door allows this space to be a luxurious retreat during the rainy season while still feeling connected to the outdoors.
Inspired the rich colours of the North Shore mountains, we used rich green custom botanical wall coverings paired with burnt red ochre accents. We envisioned this space being used as an after-hours lounge, and as such used the warm colours of brandy and bourbon to curate the space. Whimsical lighting accents the marble communal table giving the illusion of clouds while hidden balls of light are tucked into the landscape providing a moody feel at dusk.

Andreu World sourced furniture from Spain and Patricia Urquiola inspired pieces create a timeless and European look that can cater to any event or setting.
